When Shaynna calls - and she does call, she doesn’t email or text first to check to see if she can call, she takes a punt and just picks up the phone and rings you, and I love it. She is the epitome of taking a risk and getting sh*t done. I am always stoked to get a call from her, because (a) she always has something cool on the go that I want to be a part of, and (b) she’s the person who when she asks you how you are, she actually wants to know the answer.

Yeah you’ve seen her on the TV - The Block, Selling Houses Australia, Celebrity Apprentice winner, she’s also a well known interior designer - she’s a pro! And recently she’s also gone back to her roots and reunited with music to help tell HER story. Shaynna embodies fearlessness and fierceness, and that comes from years of stories and experiences that she shares - in her words, “life can throw you some pretty hard - and sometimes shitty - curveballs, but what comes with those is lessons.”

So when she asked me to capture the launch night of her single, “Warrior”, and create a music video for "Meet Me in the Middle," I was honoured to be a part of helping tell her story.
